Most Ocala-area lots that have been sitting for a few seasons come back thick — palmetto, briars, saplings, vines and whatever the last owner left behind. We clear that off so you can actually see what you own and figure out what to do with it.

Depending on the lot we'll cut and pile, haul the material off, or grind and leave the ground clean. Fence lines, pasture edges, back corners and full lots are all fair game. If you want to keep specific oaks or pines, point them out and we'll work around them.

Ocala sits on a lot of sand over limerock, which is a blessing for drainage and a headache for holding a grade. We do rough and finish grading, fill and spread, leveling for pads, and shaping so water leaves the areas you care about instead of sitting against a structure.
